Continue to build trust with your customers and add some contact details so that they know how to get in touch.
Click on the cog icon, top left next to the page selector icon and then 'Contact Details & Links'
Enter your website URL, this is not the URL for your status page but a way for customers to go back to your main website. This makes your logo in the header link back to that URL.
Next, add a way for customers to get in touch with you:
Email address: this will appear at the bottom of the page in the footer
Telephone: this will appear at the bottom of the page in the footer
Helpdesk URL: this will add a new link to the header next to the Subscribe button
If you have Twitter and/or Facebook set up, you can add these, which will appear at the bottom of the page in the footer.
