A series of improvements to our message queueing process


At Sorry, we get excited about the little behind-the-scenes updates that make a big difference in the wild. We've just released a series of improvements to our message queueing process. Here's a summary of the changes.


  • Clear audit trail for every notification sent.
  • Orgnaised notification processing.
  • New error handling and retry policy.

Every notification sent via Sorry to Slack, MS Teams, Emails, and Twitter is sent much faster than before.


Data visibility has been super helpful, and we plan to bring this into the customer UI.
