Delete a component

You can permanently delete a component from your status page.

Before deleting a component, make sure it is no longer needed. If you delete a top-level component that has sub-components, those sub-components will also be permanently deleted.

1. Open the status page you want to manage from Manage Status Pages.
2. Open the settings ⚙️ menu.
3. Go to Components.
4. Find the component you want to delete.
5. Select the three dots ⋮ on the far right.
6. Select Delete.
7. Enter the name of the component to confirm the deletion.
8. Select Delete Component.

The component will now be permanently deleted from your status page.
