Microsoft Teams Retiring Webhook-based Connectors
What changed
Microsoft's final retirement notice scheduled the removal of Office 365 connectors in Teams for 18–22 May 2026. Microsoft states that the old connector webhooks no longer work after that rollout.
If your status-page subscription still uses an Office 365 connector URL, replace it with a webhook created through Microsoft Workflows.
Replace an old Teams webhook
- Follow Microsoft's Workflows webhook instructions to create a webhook for the Teams channel where you want updates. Copy the new webhook URL.
- Visit the status page and manage your existing subscription using your email address.
- Under Microsoft Teams, replace the old webhook URL with the new Workflows URL and click Save.
