Impacted components now included on notice cards

Components are a core feature of a status page, that's why we have released a new feature that displays affected components directly on notice cards.
These cards now include the names of key components affected by a given incident or maintenance, meaning your users can tell exactly what is impacted at a glance. If there are a large number of components impacted, only the first few will be shown on the card.

For customers who are running multiple status pages as a collection, the cards in the top-level history page will display the name of the page they are posted to, rather than the components.
