Status pages have the option to send status updates via SMS. However, when SMS notifications are sent are limited.
When will an SMS be received?
Incident notices: When an incident is created with a status of investigating and is closed with a status of resolved. Updates are not sent via SMS.
Maintenance notices: On creation of a new scheduled maintenance and when the maintenance is completed.
