Where can I view my Invoices?

Do you want to view or download your invoices or change the address they're sent to? Here's how.

Invoices and receipts

Your monthly or annual invoices can be found in the Billing & Subscription section of the UI, where you can view, pay or download a copy of the invoice or receipt for your records.

Who is my receipt sent to?

Usually, the receipt is also sent to the account owner, the first person in your organisation who signed up for a Status Page. Please let us know if you want to use a different billing address.

I'm not receiving my receipts?

Please make sure to check your Junk folder and also add receipts@stripe.com to your contacts list. (Stripe are the lovely folks who take care of our billing)
